Data Analysis: Geographical Representation of Errors in
Crossover Differences

After bin averaging the media corrected crossover differences (as indicated above) we examined the 19 sets of DSCs and SSCs shown in Figure 2 (left column for the data, middle for the residuals after the inversion, right column for the formal data precision ( sd)). These observations are assumed to be conditioned by geopotential, one cycle per revolution orbit error (1 cpr), altimeter time-tag, and (for DSCs) a constant altimeter bias and a possible geocenter shift (between the two missions applying).
